A double outlet landing valve has two outlets on one body, each with its own wheel. Two fire hoses can be connected and used at the same time, or one can be kept as a standby. Gun metal is the long-standing material for hydrant fittings in India, with a heavy cast body. Stainless steel is lighter and keeps a bright finish, which many architects prefer for visible areas. The choice usually follows the project specification; tell us what your drawing says and we will match it.
Single or double outlet?
If each hydrant point only needs one hose, the single outlet landing valve is simpler and takes less space in the hose box. Pick the double outlet when the layout calls for two hose lines from the same point. Each outlet needs its own 63 mm RRL hose and branch pipe.
