SafePro RRL fire hose pipe 63 mm for hydrant systems
RRL hose pipe stands for reinforced rubber lined hose. It has a woven fabric jacket outside and a rubber lining inside, so it lies flat when empty and rounds out when water flows. The SafePro RRL fire hose pipe 63 mm connects a landing valve or stand post to a branch pipe, and is the standard hose kept folded in hose boxes across Indian buildings and factories.

Type A or Type B hose?
RRL hose is sold in two grades. Type A hose is the regular grade used in many buildings. Type B hose is the heavier grade of the two and is often written into specifications for high-rise and industrial projects. Your consultant’s drawing or the local fire department’s list usually names the type; follow it, or ask us and we will help you check.
15 m or 30 m length?
A 15 m length is easier to fold, carry and fit in a compact hose box. A 30 m length covers more ground with fewer joints. Many sites keep two 15 m lengths per valve so they can be joined when needed. See the size guide on this page.
SS or GM coupling?
- Stainless steel (SS) couplings: lighter with a bright finish.
- Gun metal (GM) couplings: the heavier traditional choice.
Most buyers match the couplings to their landing valves and branch pipes. Spare 63 mm male female couplings are also available.
