Why commercial kitchens need a fixed system
Hot oil fires behave differently from ordinary fires. Water makes them flare up violently, and the fire quickly gets into the grease-coated hood and duct, where it is hard to reach. A kitchen fire suppression system sits over the cooking line, detects the fire automatically, sprays a wet chemical that cools and seals the oil, and cuts the gas supply.
Keep a kitchen (K type) fire extinguisher next to the cooking line as well, and train the kitchen team with fire safety training.
Supply and installation
Share the hood length, the appliances under it and a photo of the kitchen. We size the system and reply with one quote, for supply and installation (or supply only).
