Cleaning parts and circuit boards with IPA, acetone or thinner from an open bottle wastes solvent and fills the room with vapour. A plunger can keeps the solvent closed: press a cloth on the top pan, the pump lifts a small amount of liquid into the pan, and the extra drains back into the can. Justrite makes it in red steel with a chemically resistant Ryton and brass pump.
